Previously the company had received all ticket purchases manually by bank transfer and had to match various forms and contact information to ensure everything was in order. Waivers matching payment information also had to be signed and mailed in which created a lot of room for user error.
What We Accomplished
By developing various custom WordPress plugins we created a fully automated system that allows the administrators to create events and tickets with a drag and drop interface.
Virtual contracts are automatically created at ticket purchase and digital signatures are captured for each event attendee. Working with both the PayPal and several Taiwan bank API’s, purchases are automatically tracked and tickets are issued automatically.
